Project Scope

Graycor completed guest room renovations for the Atlanta Airport Marriott. The hotel, situated near Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, was finished both on budget and on schedule with a minimal impact to the resident guests. The project re-quired renovating 643 guest rooms, six hospitality suites and a concierge area. Work also included repairing fan coil units and converting rooms to meet full ADA compliance and standards.

A particularly challenging aspect of the project involved Graycor repairing the hotel’s fan coil unit, which required shutting down half of the hotel’s existing water tower while maintaining full power for the remaining half during the hotel’s critical business months
