Project Scope

Graycor renovated the interior and exterior of Chesterfield Towne Center, a regional mall that opened its doors in 1975. Phase 1 and 2A of the project included renovations to the mall management office, as well as interior renovations of the mall. Interior renovations included selective demolition, new lighting, ceiling finishes, outdoor landscaping and new feature elements, including fireplace and water feature. Phase 2B and 2C of the project included a new utility building, demolition of old utilities and construction of two new restaurant shell buildings.
