Project Scope

Core and shell of former Carson Pirie Scott Department Store, as well as the interior fit out of the 1st floor and new façade for Dick’s Sporting Goods.

The interior scope of work consisted of mall entrance, vestibule, sales floor, stockrooms, restrooms and offices along with installation of new wall/floor/ceiling finishes, millwork, shelving and MEP infrastructure.

Exterior façade work included building signage at both exterior and interior entrances, thin brick/metal panel/EIFS finishes and a new canopy.

The project achieved substantial completion one week ahead of the contract date.
