Project Scope

On a fast-track schedule, Graycor completed an interior build-out converting a manufacturing plant into more than 1 million square feet of office and lab space at Motorola′s PCS Tech Center in north suburban Libertyville, IL. The four-story office and lab space consolidated staff from the Libertyville and Harvard, IL, locations. Jones Lang LaSalle served as program manager on the project.
