Project Scope

Graycor Construction Company was the general contractor for a 324,480-square-foot warehouse expansion which more than doubled Pactiv’s existing 24/7 manufacturing facility. The building features a structural steel frame, concrete tilt-up walls metal decking and TPO roof. The expansion adds 35 more loading docks and 3,000 square feet of office space.

The expanded facility complements Pactiv’s already strong and growing North American manufacturing footprint and enables the company to remain focused on our current product lines as they continue to meet the demands of their customers.
